At Mossman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
